We know you Twilighters aren’t going to be pleased but The Twilight Saga (yes, all five movies has been declared the worst movie/film series of all-time according to RiffTrax, the hugely popular movie review/commentary site that specialises in humorous commentaries to play along to favourite blockbusters.
The site, spearheaded by former stars of US cult comedy series Mystery Science Theater 3000, named the Twilight franchise as the worst in history claiming: «There’s a lot to cover in this vast, sprawling film series so let us try to boil it down for you: ‘Mumble mumble mumble moon eyes. Mumble mumble mumble mumble lay in a field. Mumble mumble mumble perv on a baby. Mumble.»
Other films in RiffTrax's Top 10 Worst Movies of All-Time list were Batman Robin (which came in at No. 2, Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen (No. 10, Spider-Man 3 (No. 4 and Jack Jill (No. 8.
Twilight was also a "double winner" with Breaking Dawn — Part 2 topping the site's Worst Movies of 2012 list.
